1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EventDuty (eventduty.app), operated by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Description of Service

EventDuty is a server-side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) monitoring service that provides:

• Real-time event monitoring and alerting
• Data quality validation
• Tag error detection
• Event payload inspection
• Cookie and consent mode tracking

4. Account Registration

To use EventDuty, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Plans

EventDuty offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Business) with varying features and limits. Current pricing and features are available on our website.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5.4 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments as applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EventDuty to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with our service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of EventDuty is also governed by our Privacy Policy. EventDuty automatically redacts personally identifiable information (PII) from monitored events. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with applicable data protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

EventDuty and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tag Concierge sp. z o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to EventDuty. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tag Concierge sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of EventDuty.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

EventDuty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of EventDuty after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Krakow, Poland.
